fishing on march 22, 2009 This lake is awesome. I brough my wife with me on my third trip to the lake, and we caught about 25-30 bass from 2 to 5 lbs. We both enjoyed spending time together catching nice bass. I can't wait until I can get the chance to come back to catch the lunker of the lake! Mike has been a very great host, and I like talking about the stories of other fisherman that come to the lake from time to time . He also gives suttle hints of hotspots and what to use if you just listen to him talkin'. This is a great place to come and relax! Submitted By: Dennis & ashley

03/09/09 Caught 42 bass on plastics. Had to pattern fish, took till about 9:30 to figure them out. Fish are in pre-spawn mode, holding in 8-10 ft. while buck bass are up against the banks. Tried like heck to break the lake record but 4 1/2 was about the best fish. Avg. was 2 1/2 - 4lbs. Will be back soon w/ my youngest son to try our luck! Submitted By: CAJUNMN

Fishing Trip My dad and I went to Dream strike Lake for the first time on my thirteenth birthday 10/25/08.We caught about 15 bass.They were all nice sized.I caught a 5 pounder, a 4 pounder, a 7 pounder was my biggest, but most of the fish were 2 throught 3 pounds.We will definitely be back Submitted By: Mike Smith Jeremy Smith

schooling bass My cousin and i fished dreamstrike lake for the first time on 9-24-08. I must say it was ALSOME. We caught about 40 bass in the 3 to 5 pound range. There were only 4 bass that did not make the 3 pound range but they were real close to the 3 pound mark. The fish we caught were schooling and that made it that much more excitting. At 50 dollars a head it is a STEAL OF A DEAL for the fisherman. And all i can say is that i will be back. Thank you mike for having us out to your place. We will never forget a ALSOME fishing trip. I have been here twice, first time we really didnt catch a lot, but the down pour probably had something to do with it. The second time we caught some really nice fish. I would suggest this lake to anyone who loves to bass fish Submitted By: Adam Speights

night fishing I finally got caught up on my sleep. Here are our pictures of the big fish we caught night fishing. Dad's biggest was 5lb 4oz and my 2 biggest were 6lb 11oz and 7lb 8oz. Our 5 biggest fish weighed 27lb 15oz. Is the lake record still 7lb 13oz? I thought I had it beat when I hooked the 7lb 8oz fish. We had a really great time, and we will definately be back again. It might be Thanksgiving before I can make it back because I am heading back to school this week. Submitted By: Matt
