Enjoyed the fishing. The wind was tough. We managed to catch a few. I attached a pic of the biggest. Looking at your website, this one would be close to lake record. The angle of the pic was bad but it was close to six. I saw two fish chasing shad at least 10 pounds each. Barry Grantham Submitted By: Barry

Fishing Report Date fished.8/16/09 Water Temp. 89 Water Clairty 30" Fished from 9am to 3pm The Bite was pretty good for most of the afternoon with some schooling action. Caught fish on Big worms,Jigs and spinner baits. I fished timber and drop off's with most of my fish coming out of 10'to12' feet of water the wind made it tuff but I did boat 19 fish with my Biggest being 4.7lbs also had a 4.4lbs and a 3.15lbs 5 best bag around 19lbs.I will be back soon. 13 Aug 09 Fishing I came out and caught seven bass and one catfish. I only had one small bass that was about 1.5 lbs and the biggest was 6 lbs. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you. Submitted By: Jim Yerger

July 3, 2009 We fished from 5:45am - 4:30pm and landed 45 bass all wieghing in between 3.5 - 5.9 lbs. Most of which were caught on jigs with plastic trailers.. 6/20/09 fishing John 3:30 -- fishing on June 20 landed 45 fish most of which were 3.5lbs-5lbs 13oz. Fish were caught on Jigs with Paca Chunck trailers. about 10 were caught on swim baits. numerous fish lost in the tree tops. I found that a count of 8-10 (? about 8-10 feet) on my jigs fall was the best depth to be at. 105 degrees! See yu soon Mike. Submitted By: Eddie Rome / David Hicks

fishing trip june 09 My dad and I had a great time here.We stayed 3 days at the cabin. Mike does a good job managing the lake. All the fish we caught were between 2.5 to 5 pounds but also caught many over 5 pounds. We must of had over 100 pounds of fish overall. We will be back plus Mike is a real nice guy too.
